Located in a White Zone where the rules are more or less unenforced, you can find anything from Bakso to Siomay that might just keep you up all night long. Don't even get me started on the Es Teler vendors who'll make sure your nightcap is topped off with a sweet, creamy touch.

The fun part? It's all so very underground - the vendors and their clients are all in on the secret, so you'll need to follow the locals if you want to score the best eats. It's like being part of a hidden club that not everyone gets to join.
