I still remember the first time I stumbled upon Onda Panda, that quirky Brazilian band known for their offbeat energy and catchy tunes. Their songs are like time capsules, transporting you to a world where nothing else matters but the beat. But then, they went and did the unthinkable: they dropped an album that's not quite Onda Panda at all.

I was expecting the usual Onda Panda shenanigans, but Fora do Padrão Vol. 03 (Ao Vivo) - EP is something entirely different. The title alone should've given it away – "Fora do Padrão" means "off the beaten path" in Portuguese. It's like they're daring listeners to join them on a wild goose chase. And boy, do they deliver. The opening track, a cover of some obscure song, sets the tone for the rest of the EP: weird, wonderful, and utterly bewildering. It's like they took every genre they could think of, threw them in a blender, and hit puree. The result is a beautiful mess that defies easy categorization.
